Where to ? ..... NYC !!!!...... hmm ok wait for me !!

Yesterday my friend rented a car, i asked him where he was heading to ? He didnt reply but instead asked me to tag along. I had no plans of leaving Syracuse or even my home yesterday evening, but the moment he told me that he was going to NYC for a day.... I was ready in a flash. Packed my bags in 10 min ... and off we were to NYC.

This is my 3rd unplanned visit to NYC.

Well i am in NYC right now so dont have much to write, but here are few interesting things I noticed along the way

1) A 2 mile long traffic jam ... in which were stuck for an hour.
2) we saw weird white circles on the road which we had never seen befor ( they were some kind of traffic signs .. and we had no idea what they ment )
3) for about 2 hrs of journey were surrounded by mist ( it was so dense that calling it a fog wont be wrong ... we couldnt even see the moon or the lamps ... it was that thick ). 22* C it was (70*F) and as far as i know 20*C is not cold enough to create a fog that dense.
4) after we were out of the fogy area, we had a crystal clear sky above .. but even though we could see rain drops on our screen and aournd us. ( this is not that strange .. but good enough )
5) I have never been tailgated by a monster truck. But this was the day it happend.
There was this mad truck driver who was almost driving bumper to bumper with every car that was in front of him. Imagine driving 70-80 miles/hr with the fear of crushed by a gigantic truck.... hahahah.

6)Lastly : We lost the race against our GPS. Our GPS showed the estimated time to reach our destination..... which was 11:06 pm. When i say race againgst our GPS i mean we set up a target time less than what our GPS shows and try to make it within that targeted time.
So we normally dont loose but this time we did..... " shit ". In the end we were off traget by quite a bit... we reached around 11:15 pm.
